Unlike a fitness or personal trainer, a Fitness Nurse is a registered nurse that incorporates health science education and clinical expertise with their certified fitness experience background.
The Fitness Nurse knows that for continued success, clients must be healthy to lose weight NOT lose weight to be healthy.
The primary role of our Fitness Nurse is to ask you specific questions, assess your current condition(s), evaluate and analyze the findings and if necessary, contact your primary health care provider(s) to ensure that a comprehensive, individualized program we develop is right for you.
